I am familiar with the case of R -v- Tucker [2012] as the appellant in that case is known to me. The matter is now the subject of further proceedings, against a number of defendants, under Civil Law, and sub judice.

the reason i am locked up under legislation and the rules is because i am a student of the law. That is from 1066 to present day

i love the complexity of the law, and to see people twist it for their own misguided aims is abhorrent

well hope no one gets to use you for defending as you need to work in the profesion of the courts and the law society another company for profit.

That's a subjective question, why would you think i will operate in the court system, just because i hold a law degree, you are very good at implying unsubstantiated facts, hearsay, and leading questions

Never trust a lawyer end of. You must be a good lawyer you cant answer whether a bailiff can be sued for trespass or not lol

Indeed it would be nice to see the case in question .

"Vaughan v McKenzie [1969] 1 QB 557 if the debtor strikes the bailiff over the head with a full milk bottle after making a forced entry, the debtor is not guilty of assault because the bailiff was there illegally, likewise R. v Tucker at Hove Trial Centre Crown Court, December 2012"

Under common law, any citizen of England, and i use the word England for a very good reason, can have a summons for trespass.

removal of implied right of access can stop a bailiff collecting council tax, milo said as tomtubby that you can sue a bailiff for trespass but not like what i say, so how do you sue a bailiff for trespass
