That is really interesting. I have had my own dealings with mortgage companies and I know how they juggle (as such). That is TOP info thank you so much xx
There's plenty more where that came from. I'm a Landlord (don't hang up!) so I do know how this stuff works. I'll be back here tomorrow

RBS and BOS are entirely separate critters.

There are quite a few of us ladies round these parts

In fact, the site owner is also a lady. :yo:

Don't let Clever Clogs confuse you, he has a unique sense of humour (that's men for you ), it's an acquired taste, but if you hang around here long enough, it grows on you.

When it comes to housing issues, Plan B knows her stuff, :first: I can vouch for that. :yo:

So to update received notice of eviction today for 16th May BUT in the meantime the landlord has accepted an offer on the house! and from my understanding eviction is void if a sale is going through?

                              Any thoughts?

My first thought is you should still make an application to the court to postpone the eviction due on 18th May for 8 weeks regardless of whether the owner/Landlord has accepted an offer. Your application is on behalf of you and your need to have more time to find somewhere else to live. You should be given a hearing date in June and hopefully an 'out date' in August

My second thought is if the Landlord/Owner has accepted a viable offer on the property then he should make an application to the court to postpone the eviction based on his reasons.

Two applications are better than one

Who says he's accepted an offer on the property? Check the facts :noidea:
