        Thats not the route I want to take Caspar but thanks lol

        I want to get GE to pull their heads out their arses n look at what would be the est way to deal with the situation rather than just giving their stock answer to anything they feel might help someone other than themsleves

          Rent it out, don't tell the bank, get a letting agent and let them do all the work.

          It also means that in a couple of years when the economy picks up along with the housing market you might be able to sell with a bit of profit.

          As long as your mortgage is being paid the bank should keep their noses out of your business.

            the problem is if the interest rate goes up by 0.5% mortgage doubles n noone will pay that much for rent
