Thanks to all for your help and support on here!!

I today was at court to suspend the eviction and WON!!! With only 20 minutes to spare I must say it was an experience I NEVER want to go through again in my life.

The Judge was very forthright and was not interested in the past or previous problems and was only interested in the now.

NR's solicitor was very pleasant (considering) and even called them to advise that they should accept our proposal, they declined but the judge accepted it.

It will be up for review in 3 months but providing I make all payments on time there will be nothing to review.

Good news at last and I look forward to eating and sleeping well again.

That's bloody fantastic news ! Well done, we've been thinking of you.

Yes keep up the payments, make NR communicate with you in writing only, and don't take any of their crap again - just stick to the amounts agreed with the court.

Let us know how things go in three months, and any problems in meantime don't hestiate to come and ask.

Many thanks to you all. You have been a wonderful support. I am now in fighting mode, and will never let these people take my home.
