Advice regarding penalties on unregulated loan

HSBC have sent me my reply to my CCA request, I am almost certain that it is unenforceable, but would like some further advice please. Its not that I do not want to pay this amount but if it is then I would like to come to arrangement with HSBC on my terms. This way I can stop them from adding interest and charges, also on the first letter they have written my ref number and there is someone else's credit card number next to my ref

please could someone help?

Whats the bits you blanked out after total charge for in 9? I assume just the example figures?

What do you think makes it unenforceable ?

Oh dear I have only just checked this thread which I completely forgot about. Thanks Amethyst, the bits I blanked out in 9 were my name and address.

The reason I think it is unenforceable is that one page 1 they have written someone else's credit card details and not mine. There is no mention of my credit card number on any of the information they have sent me. On a few pages they have sent two different peoples credit card numbers and underneath details of my bank account that I opened with them in 2006.

This is a very sorry excuse for a cca agreement if ever I did see one.

OK I assume h9 is the agreement ?
What's h8 all about and how does it relate ?

h8 is a form with my signature and date on which I signed when I opened up my bank account with HSBC in 2006
