  • New breaches after serving S146 notice ?

So I’ve got a flat neighbor that has gone rogue, I’ve already served a s146 on them and they have done nothing to rectify the 6 breaches, they have around 2weeks left until the time limit I gave them runs out but more recently they have added another 2 breaches to the 6 that I have already mentioned in the first s146.

My question is do I send them another s146 notice and just list only the 2 new breaches or do I have to resend the previous 6 as well, the problem I have is I gave them 3 months to sort the previous breaches and only 2 weeks remain..do I have to give them another 3 months or as these new ones are easily rectified do I make sure they all end on the same date ?

    Thanks

Send a new notice just for the two new breaches.
