    I am looking for some advice about letting agency and over paid rent not paid back

      I have been paying my rent every month till sept 2019 where i accidentaly paid my rent twice i was told to stop. The s o but forgot so rent was paidagain in oct was asked to stop nov payment and have now been told that i owe back rent for nov even though three paymentswere rrceived in sept and oct. I also paid twice in dec*

        Has your letting agent sent you a letter asking for payment for the November rent ? And did they ask you not to pay November's rent in writing? I would respond with a list of payments made vs payments due to demonstrate to them that rent has been paid up to date ( possibly overpaid )
