Money Claim Court Fees Increase

The fee schedule is divided in to two parts, one for standard County Court claims and another for claims made in the County Court Bulk Centre (CCBC).

The proposed changes to issue fees for money claims are summarised below:

No fee is payable for an application by consent for an adjournment of a hearing if received by the court at least 14 days before the date of the hearing
