    Online Court.....good news or bad news?

    In light of recent proposals & that this may well affect the majority of people posting on LB (low value claims) I thought I'd just throw the question into the bear pit.

    Well there will be a LOT of training of the current call centre staff required if they are going to end up having to give advice that anyone would ever dare listen to - and the only change seems to be court offices giving advice ? Filing papers online, having telephone mediation and hearing cases by telephone or on paper doesn't sounds exactly 'bringing court into the digital age'. It's what we do now.

    Am I missing something massive?

      May be a better idea to restrict claims like those from parking companies for an alleged 100 quid debt where more has been added on in charges these should be settled in another way without the possibility of a CCJ.

        Case Officers & court administrators exercising judicial functions?
        What could possibly go wrong?

          Also to chuck into the mix (just off the top of my head; I haven't looked into the nitty-gritty)
