    I'm thinking that 'PARTICULARS OF BREACH OF STATUTORY DUTY' should perhaps be changed to 'PARTICULARS OF BREACH OF THE EQUALITY ACT 2010' as a breach of a statutory duty may apply only to a breach of a duty of care (negligence) or a breach of a duty to make reasonable adjustments etc.?
