My motorbility vehicle was stolen. The insurance have accepted total loss and verbally informed me claim is settled. Motorbility are treating me like a criminal and have taken back the courtesy car. This I'm told is based on informal information received from the police. I need advice as to whether I need legal help here. I'm without a vehicle , disabled and vulnerable , through no fault of my own .

Re: motorbility vehicle stolen
Informal Information from the police? Could this be something to do with proportional responsibility for the theft? eg leaving the keys in the ignition ?
Have Motobility written to you with their reasons ?#staysafestayhome
Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.
