    Re: dangerous car

Sounds like this might be a Sole Trader, trading as VK Motor State etc.

Adelaide Street in Halifax (postcode HX1 4LY)

    Here's a link to his website. http://www.vkmotorstate.co.uk/?sourc...trader-desktop
Not a residential street, but an Arfur Daley car dealer and scrappy!

Do you think I,am wasting my time taking this person to court! As he is very ignorant ,he wont answer any emails phone calls. And as refused to sign for 2 registered letters I have sent him.The black vw polo 1.2 match advertised on his website is the car I purchased from this sole trader.Any advice or guidance would be welcome as I feel am banging my head against a brickwall trying to resolve this with him. thanks for finding the website,i just don't know where to look for info on these people. ian

          Re: dangerous car

First of all you have to be able to identify the actual person who sold you the vehicle.
As this appears to be a sole trader, before you take court action, you need to be able to identify the true owner of the business.
          Do you know his name?
To obtain a court judgement against the wrong person is of no value.

If you can do this, and he has the means to pay a judgement, yes, I would sue him.
