So not getting any reply what did the solicitor do then?

When exactly did you suffer your accident..... I think you said your three years is nearly up, so you will have to move fast.

well at least you're not desperately short of time as you have until October to commence proceedings.

On the basis of what you have posted here I would recommend you search for a solicitor who specialises in Personal Injury claims.
They don't have to have an office near you, although that might be convenient. You need a specialist firm.

Have a consultation with them, with all your notes and all the (mis?)information from here.

Take a print out of these pages and ask them about it if you want. Perhaps the solicitors already approached have information of which we are unaware. We could be mistaken.

You may not find out if persons or companies have insurance until you make a claim. They are under no obligation to declare the existence of a public liability insurance.

Injury Lawyers for you or similar should take on the case? But I would expect only if they thought they could win as a layman I would ask if there were witnesses to this incident I would expect the Landlord would probably deny it happened if they had no insurance or blame the OP .

Re: fell 2011 dont no what to do now

Quite, conditional fee arrangements, which often include ATE insurance (with the premium payable after the win) will only be entered into by solicitors/insurance companies if they consider you have a chance of winning.

The op mentions somewhere that she has pictures (presumably of the site of the accident) and she was picked up by ambulance from the pub. I think the landlord would have problems denying it had happened on his premises but you're right to advise against assuming a win.

The claimant has to prove that others contributed to the incident which caused the injury and then identify that party. That is why a specialist lawyer is required.

I have tried alot of injury lawyers who specialise in this sort of case but because of the time limit they wont take my case on ..i have photos, and witness ,,I went on the national pro bonocentre ,reading through you have to be transferd from cab or other agency ,so you can see what im up against at the moment .

Re: fell 2011 dont no what to do now

As you suffered your injury on 11th October 2011 you have until October this year to commence court proceedings, so I do not understand why lawyers are declining to help because of the time limit.

Regarding the Pro bono unit you can request CAB refer you.

If you have an accessible Law Centre they may be able to point you to a suitable solicitor. They deal mainly with social law, but do have the knowledge to point you in the right direction. http://www.lawcentres.org.uk/
