Hi Tools,

Ive filled in the form as you said, ready to post - BUT- I received this letter this morning ( see attached) in response to my letter of complaint. what do you think still send form to court?

Hi Pauline, seems the bailiff I spoke to has been in contact with PHS too .

Good to see you have it confirmed in writing that

....we will now write to the
court today to withdraw the Warrant of Execution and you will no longer receive visits
from the County Court Bailiff.

Brilliant, just what we wanted and eases the stress a little more. Stage 1 complete I think don't you?

Will call you tomorrow if that is ok to discuss before posting publicly.
