    Hi Amy, Thanks for the reply. Does the fact not remain though that the Distress Warrant, was issued too early so has no legal basis?

    Hypothetically speaking "if" the warrant was issued on the 18th March the payment on the 21st would have ben too late but the distress warrant was issued on the 16th, too early as allowed by the legislation to be properly served and legally valid?

    I understand the court cannot accept money once a Distress Warrant has been issued and cannot recall one but if the Warrant in question does not comply will all relevant legislation in respect of being properly served, surely it cannot be enforced?
