And I'm getting fed up with it.
3 parcels totalling nearly £200 now gone awol after investigation after they were shown as collected and havent moved from their delivery hub. I sell one of my late mothers items worth between £95 - £150 to somebody on Ebay for £95 + postage. Sent tracked and signed.
The parcel tracking stops midway and 15 days later still showing as 'active' and is now reported as 'lost'
In a nutshell I've sold somebody an item worth £95 minimum to me to a lady that has paid £95 for it and hasn't received it. The courier will at sometime refund me the £95 but I have to give that to the buyer leaving me with nothing.
So basically I have had my item 'stolen in my book and end up with nothing. Add this to two other occasions within the last month where the same thing has happened and I am getting fed up with it.
Question: I want to take this to a small claims court for the original cost of all three items because I dont want them to keep getting away with it? Anybody done this before? Thankyou.
