My flight was cancelled on Feb 10 due to high winds. OK I know I can't claim compensation as wind is out of their control.They informed me and booked me on flight 2 days later Feb 12th,
There was a flight they could have booked me on the next day Feb 11th (it definitely took off on time I checked) *but for some reason they did not. They made me wait another 24 hours.
They have given me 15,000 airmiles but I think I entitled to the 600 euros as they caused the 24 hour delay by not booking me on the next available flight and causing me a a 24 hour delay.
Any thoughts ?
