I have an issue with BT.
They have just recently put I have an outstanding balance of £10 on my account.
They have reported this to the Credit Reference Agencies, and as a result I have had a drop of 220 in my credit score!!!!!
However, when I had my recent bill, there was no outstanding balance at all.
I am waiting to hear back from a lady I know whom to contact about it but want some advice.
Because there is no outstanding balance showing on my account, can I ask BT for compensation for damage to my credit rating as I am now unable to apply for credit.
