    Yes they have frozen everything.

    They are aware I am in receipt of ESA as I had filled in an income and expenditure form, provided medical evidence, and proof of benefit entitlement.

    However, they know I can't pay anything as I have less then £1 per week, but they still wont say debt is "satisfied" like my other creditors have.

      Debt Camel has a guide on getting creditors to default you here - > https://debtcamel.co.uk/debt-default-date/
      Getting it written off will take longer but it should at least be defaulted if you're paying nothing.
