  • Wilson & another Vs. Hurstanger Ltd--any information?

    On MSE someone has asked about having a debt wiped out using the above or more to the point whether it is an avenue for going with. THe basis being errors within the original credit card or loan application. Not heard of the case, so anyone know about this one? Has it any relevance?
