Is your wife sorting out her Will ? Assuming you have parental responsibility, then only if you had died (before or at the same time as your ex-wife) would the nomination of a legal guardian have any affect. It is normal to include a guardian in your will when children are involved in the event that both parent's die.#staysafestayhome
