    I have discovered that the judge in a family mater is a partner in the law firm that represents the childrens gaurdian ?
    Can i ask the judge to recuse himself ?
    and if so how do i do this ?

    You can, you can ask him informally to recuse himself due to the conflict of interests by writing to him.

      Whilst not suggesting you should not make the request that he judge recuse himself, do be aware it does not happen often.
