C/O Puffrose - I know some horses that like to kick men, they good at it too. Trained by a spiteful woman to kick twice in a row, first to the balls and second to the chin lol

Really? I used to do a bit of kickboxing, you think your sister would be up for some sparring? I promise i will go easy on her lol

My brother is a 2nd kyu on ju jitsu and my "brother" Matty is a 2nd dan black belt instructor in, kickboxing Kendo Aikido and Ryukyu Kempo karate, hes a 1st dan in gojo ryu and ju jitzu
Unfortunatly hes with the yobbos in canada!Comment

Lateral and cruciate ligaments? Double ouch! I've got badly frayed cruciate ligaments in my right knee joint, the one I came down on and which ended my police career. The surgeon tightened the outer ligaments in an attempt to stabilise my knee joint. yeh i erm was "helped" down some stairs at work and ended up on crutches for 8 months
(refused a wheeled chair) on total bed rest for 5 weeks and was off work for nearly 4 months, until i turned up leaning heavily on my crutches saying give me something to do before i go totally nuts!!!
i still ache in the damp and the cold, and my knees loose but, im getting there!
Gotta say the bobby that arrived when it happened went a lovely shade of green when he saw me, and I couldnt wear a skirt for 6 weeks till the bruises faded cos people wanted to kill my ex bf!! he hadnt done a thing! Funniest thing in the world, going to the pub in your pajamas cos your legs so swollen you cant get jeans on!!! you dont alf get funny looks..... specially in pink and purple polky spotted pjsComment

My daughter was in a similiar situation, even involving a gun to her head and a knife to her throat, i was threatened too, he did some terrible things to her, i told her if she had the chance when he was being violent to ring 999 and leave the phone off the hook, she did this eventually and the police came and caught him in the act,they trace it
He ended up in prison, and eventually did the right thing, he hung himself,
Not nice to say that, but he would have stalked her forever, she was terrifiedComment

Well i got to blackbelt but don't ask me what grade as it was best part of ten years ago when the club shut down. bit of a m/a geek here!!
having a best friend and 2 brothers who do it, plus 3 "neices" and 2 of them are instructors i get grades drummed in to me.
I cant do it as well, mainly upper body now, but there was a time I could clear the ticket barriers at Fenchurch Street Station, and the help desk counterComment
