    Hi
I have a court order in place we have a term time rota and holiday rota for when he has our son and he does not agree with me over what the order says.

The order says when holiday rota starts the term time rota is suspended, in my view this means stopped or paused but he does not agree.

The term time rota he has him 4 nights Thursday to Monday then 1 night on a Thursday when it comes to a holiday as i understand the court order if he has him a 4 night weekend before the holiday then it would only be 1 night after the holiday when term time commences and visa versa however he seems to think the the term time rota continues in the background and now wants to take me back to court to clarify this.

Has anyone got any advice or can clarify this or what i should do?

    thanks

He is wrong, the dictionary definition of 'suspend' is 'temporarily prevent from continuing or being in force or effect.'

The term time rota does not continue it is impossible for it to by the wording of the order.

He could apply to the court to ask them to clarify, however I'd imagine they'd say they have been perfectly clear in the original order.
