child arrangement order

Hi ccan anyone offer help?
currently have child arrangement in place and I do updates few times yearly to help dad know what to write about even though he hasn’t complied with the order!
if a child has a diagnosis of mental health do I need to tell him?
also I need to go back to court as need to vary order as my eldest has had contact which is not allowed

Is it an indirect contact only order that you have ? ( as you mentioned ensuring Dad needs to know what to write ) and only with your youngest child, not your eldest ?

In addition to Amethyst's queries can you confirm the ages of the children and whether the Order states that the eldest must not have contact? Can you also confirm how contact happen if that is the case?
