    No I think not a disclosure should not be redacted in this way, no wonder the sol was snotty he was caught out.!!

          Well technically, falsifying documents relied on in proceedings is contempt of court, not sure if same applies to Employment Tribunals?

          If you have the original then you can certainly point this out in court and will look bad especially if its a solicitor (breach of code of conduct).

          Don't suppose you have a PDF editor? Could you not open it up in that program and see if they have just highlighted the text in white and saved it as a PDF so you can't see it? If they have then again, if it is the solicitor who has done this, could be bad for him/her!
