        I don't disagree; however, the claimant will have to demonstrate that he/she has suffered from work-related stress as a direct result of the lack of training, which is not easy to do.

        By all means refer to S2. of the HASAW but I wouldn't pin everything on it - I would be more inclined to use 'mutual trust and confidence' as the main argument.

        @Karla8 - I presume you are not the only driver to have taken on these additional responsibilities? Has anyone else received additional training? If not, how are they coping?

          I think you'd struggle to prove this was intentional. The employer could easily argue it was an administrative error, especially as it was changed when you brought it to their attention.

              The fact the doctor has already signed you off previous with a work place stress related condition is your persausion on this matter

              Has the employer offered any referral to Occupational health??
