Personal data= your name, address etc.
Sensitive data= medical info usually, but this doesn't mean that you consent to them accessing your medical records because the phrase they've used is far too vague to permit them to process anything but a sick note.
So, nothing to worry about.

Ok thanks for clarifying. I thought so too that as they hadnt elaborated then shot in own foot if they ever tried to obtain too much info. Thanks very much for all your help.
