      I didn't mean to be pedantic, just trying to get it right because I don't know anything about Northern Ireland and wouldn't want to comment on something I have no idea about.

        We do not have the Employment Tribunal Service.
        We have the Office of the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal.

        We do not have Tribunal fees to instigate a claim.

        We do not have ACAS
        We have the Labour Relations Agency

          just a removal meeting but they gave me reason even if no evidence to back it up which i thought you would need to in
          such a serious situation
