teaboy2 back now, and had a response (of sorts). I'll get it over to you shortly, see what your thoughts are.

Just to carry the thread over in case matt3942 logs in to check up.

Another text from a lady that covers at the nursery my OH has now left. Says she isn't aware of anyone else being made redundant.

Just as a heads up in case it's required in anything, we are out of the country from Sat 8th August, back on Thursday 13th.

Well @matt3942 is better at writing letters than i am, hopefully he will be along sometime soon, though i haven't seen him online for most of this week. If no sign of him by monday, then i'll look at writing a letter for you.

If you or matt3942 could help put the actual 'reasons' letter together I would massively appreciate it.

Thank you

Edit - I've just realised too that we have 7 days to appeal and he's out the date as the 24th where we didn't receive it until yesterday! So I need an appeal letter back on or before the 31st?
Thats pretty basic but it will do.

As for appeal letter, simply write to them that you are appealing the outcome of the grievance meeting and will be posting your reasons as to why within the next 7 days, Also advise them you didn't receive the letter about the outcome till 28th july despite the letter being dated the 24th and therefore giving you just two days to appeal instead of 7 days, hence why you will be sending reasons for appeal separately within 7 days of the 31st july.

Just the full time one with 3 month probation and a 6 month fixed term ones probably exist!

Is the messages about the scan and them calling from the time of the emergency scan and about all the calls from work when OH had time of for the emergency scan? If so, can you bang them up for us too!
Yeah the messages are about that, I've asked her to send me them when she gets to where she's driving now. Funny that the evidence they have is the message I've shown you with the date on!

Also, the doctor is providing a letter today that should be getting collected this afternoon so I'll post that up later.

You then have to write an appeal letter whereby you counter the points they made one by one, though request the appeal be held after they have complied fully with your subject access request!

Though you need to look at contacting ACAS and arranging early conciliation too! but you still got 3 months, up to 21st October.
matt3942 - can you help with the letter because I have no idea where to start?
teaboy2 matt3942 - Text message from June 11th - surely this indicated she has been made to backdate any signed contract?
