teaboy2 I have sent you over the grievance appeal points for you to have a look through when you can. Something crazy like 37 points on there!

At the initial one, of which you have seen the notes made by the interviewers

Which interview? Intial job interview or the grievance hearing?

It will go against them at tribunal if the wife is not impartial to the incidents mentioned in the grievance or the first grievance investigation that they made a complete mess off.

Trev1234 teaboy2 - letter received via email inviting my OH to an appeal hearing on 26th August. Funny that the appeal is being conducted by a husband and wife team who make up 66% of the management team, with the other person also being part of the issue to begin with!
teaboy2 - emailed you some info

Trev1234 yep, that's the one.

I've had a look through and there is nothing to my eye that would stand against my OH really, just had a quick read of your issue and wish you all the best with it!

Rob - Subject Access Requests? If so, I got mine yesterday and whilst I am asking for them to fulfill the actual request there is some "dodgy" stuff in it!

Happy Reading

Trev1234 - thanks much appreciated
teaboy2 - strangely as my last message posted I have had an email with several attachments which I have forwarded onto you (these are in relation to the SARS). I await your thoughts, although having read through them I can't see how they haven't opened their own casket........

Trev1234 update so far is that we are in between waiting for documents requested in SARS request, which they are very close to failing to meet, and awaiting confirmation of an appeal date. No documentation requested is provided yet.

teaboy2 a response to the letter I sent on 13.08.15 has been received, now sent to my email address instead of a response via post. Have sent it over to you.
