    What exactly were the comments he posted - other than expression of opinion and free speech? - Yes any racist or discrimination of protected characteristics would deserve him getting the sack. But expressing his support for Sunderland FC and hate for Newcastle United (a well known rivalry) and hate for caravan drivers, hate towards his brothers wife for shagging around soon after his brothers funeral and joking about his dad and his dentist are expressions of opinion only? Hes not responsible as to the other stores following his personal account either!

    Guess we have to await the outcome of the fresh ET since its been remitted to be reheard!
