Help needed please. I have been made redundant and have appealed the decisions as unfair process. I heard calls that had been recorded via a call recording system that appeared to make the decisions unfair. I have full access to this system, I have now been informed that I have broken data protection. Although I have never been told about any restrictions when using this system. They have threatened to with draw the redundancy settlement and start disciplinary action against me. Are they able to do this??? They also want me to sign a settlement agreement.
