    I am in the heating and ventilation game and I have always found it strange that people feel the need to heat a property to 20deg in the winter but try and cool it to 16 in the summer. There is a comfortable temperature in there somewhere that will last all year but it is as though psychologically people have to feel a heating source when it is cold outside and vice versa a cooling source when it is hot so they tend to overdo it.

            I was thinking more along the lines that she may have upset the staff to the extent her employers had no option but to move her to another store

              not sure why she has been moved to my store but yes that is a good point I will need to do some digging around her previous store.
