    It does say that either party can give 4 weeks notice to leave the agreement........
    So if they give you 4 weeks notice thaey are not in breach of any contract.

      yes thats right but at the end of the day if they dismiss me - giving me 4 weeks notice- because I dont want to sign the new contract than they are breaching the contract arnt they? so I can go against it? Or am i seeing all this wrong?

        think you seeing it wrong im afraid. the contract in force that you signed says 4 weeks notice either way.

          They can't even spell their own company name in that contract. (unless they just mispelled when they opened their bank account lol)

            I couldn't work it out from the contract but how are you paid ? Directly by the clients who attend your classes or by the firm?

            What are the parts in the new contract that you object to?
