    As I have said before my friend, the ET are not stupid.
    They know who they believe, but the evidence as presented at the time, even if it is fabricated, is what they have to go by.
    This should be reflected in the costs awarded.

      I offered to settle on several
      occasions and requested judicial mediation, but rejected repeatedly.

        I am afraid that you are in the lap of the gods, so to speak.
        It's a case of playing the waiting game.
        I hope that the tribunal reach a just decision when it comes to the costs award.
