Are part time employees entitled to full time hours ,on a weekly basis, before full time employees are entitled to work overtime?

Your contract of employment defines your hours.
There is no law that governs how your employer selects who can do overtime, provided they do not do so on the basis of one of the Equality Act protected characteristics.
Essentially, though, anyone who works in excess of their contracted hours is working overtime.
Why do you suggest that you may have such a right?

No,im the full time employee and my employer is telling me that a part time time employee should be able to get full time hours each week before i can get overtime,i didnt agree and you have confirmed what i suspected,thankyou
