For those giving advice perhaps a read of this as it involves threats via social media. My personal opinion on this is that Zaac, you need to seek police advice using 101 phone number as it is a non emergency basis merely to see whether there is any criminal offence.

Are they suggesting that they are going to get you the sack? I would block them on facebook and ensure that your facebook settings ONLY allow friends to see

there going to try and get me the sack I believe.

Have you kept copies of the original messages that set this all off and everything since. I would print the pages off to a PDF file if I were you before deleting them from your facebook page. Additionally I would send a copy of the original communications to FlamingParrot by PM to have a look at as it does sound like you bit (with the cancer comments) therefore both sides need looking at before deciding if to take this further.

Sorry, I crossed with Leclerc and if he thinks police involvement a good idea I would not argue. If threats or defamatory comments were made against your disabled lad that is likely to be unlawful and threats to your livelihood also look deeply iffy.:tinysmile_hmm_t2:

          Report them to facebook admin.

Print out their ill-advised threats or capture the threats to PDF files, and report the jerk to the police for an offence contrary to the Malicious Communications Act 1988 (link) and/or the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (link).

I never do; I am always most careful in what I post.

                  As you've doubtlessly noticed.
