Just asking if any of you have made an out of time application in the County Court, and how you got on?
Has anyone ever made an " out of time" application in a County Court?

Hi Smiley,
I assume this must be to do with a PCN you've picked up somewhere. As well as waiting for an answer here, have a look through the parking forum and you'll find quite a few cases. Also, go over to pepipoo (www.pepipoo.com) and have a read over there. I haven't looked specifically for this there, but I imagine you'll find some good tips and experience there. :beagle:
