    Hi Smiley,

    I assume this must be to do with a PCN you've picked up somewhere. As well as waiting for an answer here, have a look through the parking forum and you'll find quite a few cases. Also, go over to pepipoo (www.pepipoo.com) and have a read over there. I haven't looked specifically for this there, but I imagine you'll find some good tips and experience there. :beagle:

        No, this is an employment issue. Sent off the papers today with fee, but just testing the water to see if anyone has ever done one and how it faired.

          Apologies Smiley! There's an 'Out of time Statutory Declaration' routinely completed as part of a PCN appeal for parking fines. I thought you were referring to one of those.
