Hi, firstly thanks for allowing me to post on your website. I am an employee who has been tupeed several times over the last ten years, always by large companies. I have always signed a new contract with them. three years ago I was tupeed again to a medium sized company. But this time no contract was signed. Nothing changed in my terms and conditions but can anyone see a problem ahead if I get tupeed again without this signed contract. Thanks for your time, rob101.

The contract of employment is automatically transferred from the previous firm to the new firm.

Thank you for your reply charitynjw I take that to mean that the tupee contract is still legal and binding even if it isn't signed. What a lovely thing tupee is for us down trodden workers.😎Originally posted by charitynjw View PostHi Rob101, & welcome to Legal Beagles.

Re: Employment contract unsigned.
You dont need the contract of employment to be signed Rob101. There is no reason for this to be a problem.Originally posted by Rob101 View PostHi, firstly thanks for allowing me to post on your website.
