  • Employment contract unsigned.

Hi, firstly thanks for allowing me to post on your website. I am an employee who has been tupeed several times over the last ten years, always by large companies. I have always signed a new contract with them. three years ago I was tupeed again to a medium sized company. But this time no contract was signed. Nothing changed in my terms and conditions but can anyone see a problem ahead if I get tupeed again without this signed contract. Thanks for your time, rob101.

Hi Rob101, & welcome to Legal Beagles.

The contract of employment is automatically transferred from the previous firm to the new firm.

Thank you for your reply charitynjw I take that to mean that the tupee contract is still legal and binding even if it isn't signed. What a lovely thing tupee is for us down trodden workers.😎

You dont need the contract of employment to be signed Rob101. There is no reason for this to be a problem.
