  • ET1 form confusion with question

The question on the online form says "did you have or work a notice period?" I put no because I was terminated with immediate effect so didn't work my notice period. However, the company will pay my notice period at the end of the month.

Please can someone let me know if I should have put Yes in this box?

Maggieboo It looks like this question relates to your first post Termination of Employment - LegalBeagles Forum.

Please can I ask you to cut and paste this post back onto your original thread. For those of advising on the forum it is much easier that all questions relating to the one claim are run continuously on the same thread as we may need to refer back to previous information or advice.

Once you have done that then I can close this thread down to avoid any confusion and your question can then be answered.

    Many thanks

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
