If she breaks in get the evidence inform police they will then investigate and view CCTV if it goes to court they will find guilty or not guilty thats how it works.It appears you have no evidence of anything up to now of a crime or do you?

I don't. You said that you were "preparing" for what you thought would happen in the future. Now you say you have CCTV. Great. But you need to change the locks. Then it won't happen. Then you won't have to worry. And if it does, she is very unlikely to go to prison - to show you why I linked to the sentencing guidelines which is what we magistrates would use if she were to be arrested and brought before us, which I believe is unlikely.
