a colleague of mine (L) started a grievance against our manager, (T)......as i had 'proof' i was brought into it along with another member of staff. (S)
i have now been told there are grounds for disciplinary proceedings if i dont sign a form,
.... it was my manager (T) that started the work group chat with myself and 1 other member of staff (S). moaning about our colleague (L) we barely said anything, all i said was (T) was the manager and im sure she would do whats right....
we had individual meeting with HR ..... ive spoken to ACAS and they said i could start another grievence...as i said i wasnt bothered about the result of my colleagues (L) outcome.. i just wanted to know why my manager (T) tells staff to distrust me.....but i dont want all the drama.......
i then find out (s) who is the mouthy one lol hasnt received a letter/diciplinary. how the heck she ALWAYS gets away with things.....
HR have said the messages shouldnt have been discussed and were confidential.
please please any advice. x
