I tried to convey my experience gained from what M (and I through default) went through. It was intended to help you find a way forward and if possible to show you the mistakes made in M's case.

When you first posted, you sounded desperate for help. Now you sound much stronger. If you can argue with me, you should be able to argue your way through any "meetings".

    Best of luck

Oh I wasn't arguing, but you seemed to be asking me questions about the process someone else went through and if it sounded 'fair' and I just don't know so relayed what I have learned about the process generally from other posts here thats all.

I am not qualified to advise you.

I tried to show you via M's experience (and mine by default) what could happen in a misconduct investigation and how it could have been avoided.

I suggest it may help you to re- read the thread you started.

          Best of luck
