Hi I just fond out that my post was deleted by my manager without any consultation. I have been a permanent employee since 2014 and am currently on a rotation / secondment to a different team in the same organisation.
My rotation finishes in October which is when to find another role in house or be made redundant.
I am planning to go to ACAS for mediation to try to reach a settlement agreement - which should reflect unfair or constructive dismissal.
If mediation and going to tribunal take a some time can my employer still make me redundant without this being settled?
