Hi I was wondering if there would be anyone who could offer me advice. The organisation that I am in employment with are in the process of restructuring. They released the protocol for doing this to both the trade union and staff. The staff fed back through the union queries they had with the protocol some of these were not accepted so therefore the staff through the trade union voted to reject the protocol. The organisation has gone ahead and continued with the restructure. Can they do this? Thank you for your helo.
