      Of course, if there are witnesses who see that you are in a sober mind and sound memory and if you sign a contract without coercion, then this is a fully working document and no one can cancel your signature, which has legal influence. I would advise you to always sign something with a lawyer, because you can easily be deceived and you will not even notice the insidious text in small print. This happened to me once when I tried to get insurance. At the last moment, I decided to call my lawyer on Skype and ask for advice, and then he advised me not to sign the papers because this office, using fraud, tried to get more than $ 5,000 from me. After that, I found a reliable insurance company with a good reputation and I had no problems at the time of the transaction.
