Can you help me, please. I don't know, what form I can use for enforcement Acas agreement COT3, is't conditional agreement and this agreement is not signed.
N322B or EX727 or N471A. Which is best in my case?

If it isn't conditional then I would go straight for a HCEO to enforce, all you need is a copy of your COT3 to prove it. If unsure then give them a call - Sheriffs Office for example https://thesheriffsoffice.com/instru...tribunal-award

If you do not have a copy, or do not have a copy signed by the employer, you should contact the conciliator. Please note that we do not retain copies of the COT3 for longer than 6 months from the date that settlement was reached and our case closed
