  • which form I should use for enforcement?

    Can you help me, please. I don't know, what form I can use for enforcement Acas agreement COT3, is't conditional agreement and this agreement is not signed.
    N322B or EX727 or N471A. Which is best in my case?
    What is the difference between them?

    If it isn't conditional then I would go straight for a HCEO to enforce, all you need is a copy of your COT3 to prove it. If unsure then give them a call - Sheriffs Office for example https://thesheriffsoffice.com/instru...tribunal-award
